Calls for a holiday curfew ease for churches have been answered.
Come midnight on Christmas Eve to 5:00 a.m. on Christmas Day there will be no curfew.
However, the midnight to 5:00 a.m. curfew will be in effect on all other days during the period December 14th to December 29th, when the current directive expires.
This is according to the latest Emergency Management (COVID-19) (Curfew) (No. 23) (Amendment) Directive 2021.
