The Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture is approaching agri-tourism from a dual perspective.
Representative for the delegation in Barbados, Allister Glean sat down with the Morning Report to talk about what they are doing to bridge farmers and the tourism sector.
Another programme to help with agri-tourism which will soon be launched is the Chefs for Development initiative.
While selection of all the chefs has not started, discussions are active and the territories are known.
