Some of the most vulnerable families in Barbados will have a better Christmas.
Word of this came from Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of People Empowerment and Elder Affairs Jehu Wiltshire.
He says it is as a result of the public/private sector partnerships initiated by Government.
The Permanent Secretary, who was sitting in for Minister Kirk Humphrey, received 25 hampers from iMart and told the media Government had been meeting the demands of the most vulnerable in society, not only at Christmas, but all year.
