Although COVID-19 cases are trending downwards, Chief Medical Officer, Dr. The Most Honourable Kenneth George says the infection rate is getting out of hand.
He says the pandemic has put several families in mourning, and the preventative measures still need to be followed.
Meanwhile, as countries monitor the Omicron variant, Dr. George says there is no need to panic and he’s encouraged citizens to be vigilant.
