Investigations are continuing into a shooting incident yesterday, in Coral Drive, Atlantic Shores, which resulted in the death of a man.
He has been formally identified by police as 40 year old Dwayne Obrien Hall, of that same address.
Officers from the Oistins Station responded to the scene after receiving a call for assistance around 1:30 p.m.
On responding, they confirmed Hall had received an injury to the chest. Ambulance personnel were summoned, but on examination found no sign of life.
Hall was later pronounced dead at the scene by a medical doctor.
