People who leave their noisy kites out during the night could soon find themselves on the wrong side of the law, facing fines or possibly time in prison.
This from Attorney General Dale Marshall, who says Government has heard the cries of many in society about the nuisance.
He revealed the Law Reform Commission has recommended amendments to the Minor Offenses Act to deal with the issue.
The Attorney General, who was speaking during a post Cabinet press conference, says the legislation will be laid in Parliament on Tuesday.
