Less than 500 of the over 98,000 people who received first doses of COVID-19 vaccines in Barbados, have presented with some reactions.
However, Co-coordinator of the National Vaccination Programme Dr. Elizabeth Ferdinand says the symptoms varied from individual to individual.
She adds that a committee of health officials has investigated the reports made online, to see if the complaints could be attributed to the vaccine, and to pass on the information to the Pan American Health Organisation and the World Health Organisation.
