A 28 year old man is scheduled to appear in court today in connection with animal cruelty and other charges.
Police say on Friday, September 16th, 2022, officers at the Hastings-Worthing Station arrested and formally charged Davino Shakell Howard of Bullen’s Avenue, Dalkeith Road, St. Michael with the following offences:
He is expected to appear in the District A Criminal Court.
