Police have a man in custody after a fight with some residents from the Ashdeane, Black Rock, St. Michael area.
The incident, which occurred around 9:00 last night, has left him with a laceration to the top of his head.
Police told CBC News that residents saw a man pulling at the doors of several houses and gave chase with rocks.
The man fled the area trying to escape but fell on a sidewalk on Black Rock Main Road.
He was treated at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
