While education officials have described the performance of local candidates in this year’s CSEC and CAPE exams as satisactory overall, they say there is evidence of a marginal decline in overall pass rates.
During a press briefing this afternoon, Deputy Chief Education Officer, Planning and Development, Dr. Roderick Rudder revealed a high number of candidates have received Grade 3s.
