Minister of People Empowerment and Elder Affairs Kurt Humphrey is seeking to clear the air about Government’s proposal to assist a thousand families as part of a new social programme targeting impoverished families.
In a video statement, Minister Humphrey says this figure is just the beginning with a larger number to receive assistance in the final analysis.
According to Mr. Humphrey, Government has started the process to try to improve the living situation for Barbadian families
