Senator Lucille Moe remains a member of the Upper House despite concerns raised by another Senator.
The matter was addressed in the Upper House today by President, his Honour Senator Reginald Farley.
According to the President, back in August Senator Caswell Franklyn drew to his attention that Senator Moe had not attended Parliament since December and therefore her seat should be declared vacant.
