The Ministry of Health and Wellness is advising the public that there is a revised policy regarding the second COVID-19 booster dose.
According to the new policy, in addition to adults aged 50 and older and immunocompromised individuals, healthcare workers and other frontline workers are now eligible for the second booster dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, four months after they have received their first dose.
They may attend any available vaccination site to receive the second booster.
