There’s more assistance coming for businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Acting Attorney General Wilfred Abrahams made the disclosure as he introduced the Corporate Miscellaneous Provisions Bill during Debate in the Lower House.
He says it will address penalties for companies that have missed filing documents during the pandemic.
Mr. Abrahams has also revealed major changes to allow for virtual annual general meetings for companies.
