Mural unveiled at Hilton

A new mural was unveiled last night at the Hilton, which shows the unique vision which local artists and entrepreneurs have of Barbados.

The Minister of Culture Senator Dr. Shantal Munro-Knight along with a number of tourism officials unveiled the mural which depicts Barbadian folkloric characters such as the Mother Sally, tuk band along with costumed revellers.

Tourism Minister Ian Gooding-Edghill in addressing the unveiling said the artists and entrepreneurs see the island in a special light.
