The National Council on Substance Abuse has been going beyond just providing drug addiction treatment for its clients.
It has also been helping some of them meet their basic nutritional needs.
Today, the NCSA held a food drive at three Massy Supermarkets to give the public a chance to donate items, which will be used to make food hampers.
Research and Information Officer, Laura Foster, said the idea for a food bank started in 2021.
