Yet another company has signaled its intention to encourage the vaccination of staff.
Following correspondence sent out to all regional staff of Digicel, Digicel Barbados has confirmed that it will also be following suit to require a vaccination certificate from all staff starting October 15th.
CEO of Digicel Barbados Limited, Natalie Abrahams told CBC News the company is indeed starting the new policy, in which staff will either be required to submit their vaccination card showing proof of vaccination, or submit a negative PCR test no older than three days, every two weeks.
Meanwhile, Hill Milling Barbados and Lionel C Hill Supermarkets have also followed through on correspondence sent out to staff a few weeks ago, with a requirement that all staff will either have to be vaccinated or submit negative PCR tests at their own expense.
