There is no food shortage in Barbados.
That is the word from Minister of Agriculture, Food and Nutritional Security, Indar Weir.
He says although supermarkets are without some vegetables, Barbadians should not worry.
Minister Weir is acknowledging that the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact the production of farmers, but still assuring that lettuce will be back in stock before Christmas.
