More than 5000 holders of Government paper are set to receive a significant payout by the end of next month.
Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley says Government is honouring its commitment to pay down some of its debt whenever it exceeds its fiscal targets.
During the 2023 Budget presentation she confirmed the economy did better in the current fiscal year than was forecast.
As such, Government will make a partial payment amounting to 74.8 million dollars to individual holders of Series B Bonds who are on the register as of March 31.
