Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley is encouraging more citizens to take the free courses offered by the National Transformation Initiative, especially those looking to enter university.
The launch of Phase 2 of the free Government programme was done this evening at the Valley Resource Centre with the officials of Coursera, the international partner in the initiative.
