Police identify murder victim

The Royal Barbados Police Force has identified the man shot dead in Horse Hill, St Joseph last night.

He is 31-year-old Jermaine Alexander Bourne, of Orange Cottage, St Joseph.

Police said Bourne was walking along the road in the area when he was shot.

Residents reported hearing a number of gunshots before finding the victim’s motionless body on the ground.

Investigations into this matter are ongoing.
