Police are conducting investigations into the discovery of skeleton remains in a cane field at Bannatyne Road, Christ Church.
A call was received around 4:10 pm on Friday 20th May 2022, notifying police of the discovery of what appeared to be the remains of a human body, by workers who were harvesting sugarcane using harvesting machinery.
Police cordoned the area along both the southern and northern sections of that road and have diverted all traffic around the area.
Investigations continue.
