Police probe Dunlow Lane shooting

Police are tonight probing a shooting incident in Dunlow Lane, the City which has left two men nursing gunshot injuries.

According to police reports the men were shot around quarter past three this evening while they were liming in the area.

There was heavy police presence along that stretch of road following the incident as lawmen cordoned off the area to carry out their investigation.

Reports are that both men, who have not been identified up until news time, were transported to the QEH by private transport for treatment.

Lawmen say the injuries sustained are not life threatening.
