The Barbados Police Service is working to shore up its numbers through a recruitment drive.
Assistant Commissioner of Police with Responsibility for Change Management and Technology Services, Antonio Forte has been shedding light on the various areas in which people can serve.
He sees the drive as critical at this time given the current numbers.
Meanwhile, Police Communications and Public Affairs Officer Acting Inspector Rodney Inniss says the Barbados Police Service is a wonderful place to work.
He explains however the Police Service has to conduct a vetting process for new members.
