President Her Excellency The Most Honourable Dame Sandra Mason will be among world leaders attending the funeral of Queen Elizabeth ll on Monday.
This was disclosed in a release from the Barbados Government Information Service late this evening.
The President flew out of Barbados today.
In her absence, The Very Reverend Dr. Jeffrey Gibson will perform the functions of the Office of President.
The President is expected back in office on September 23rd.
