Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley is describing as productive, meetings held with the new Executive Director at the International Monetary Fund with responsibility for the Caribbean, Philip Jennings as well as the new IMF Director for the Western Hemisphere Ilan Goldfajn.
The Barbadian leader is currently in Washington, D.C.
She’s also reconnected with officials involved in Government’s Barbados Economic Recovery and Transformation, BERT programme.
Ms. Mottley has also interacted with the Managing Director of Operations at the World Bank, engaging in discussions on a number of issues.
