Following St. Michael North Parliamentary Representative, Ronald Toppin’s announcement he will not be contesting the next general election, Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley noted the country owes Mr. Toppin a debt of gratitude.
She too has a high regard for his possible replacement, St. Michael North Branch President, and Treasurer of the BLP Davidson Ishmael.
