Barbados’ foreign reserves are expected to reach a record high in a matter of days.
Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley, during her 2023 Budget presentation, says they are set to exceed three billion dollars, up from a mere four weeks of import cover in 2018.
According to her, the strong reserve position has been achieved through earning and loans.
