After more than a year without consistent face-to-face classes, it appears students from public and private schools may finally be heading back to the classroom.
Having been pushed back on a number of occasions due to spikes in COVID-19 cases, it appears that the February 21 date for the resumption of in-person teaching will be met.
Minister of Education, Technological and Vocational Training, Kay McConney, says the Ministry has been engaging the Ministry of Health, trade unions, teachers, principals and parents over the past few months about the safe return to school.
