A search is presently underway by the Barbados Coast Guard, along the coast of St. Lucy for a missing man.
Reports indicated that one male was swept off a cliff by a large wave, near the Animal Flower Cave, on Christmas Day
Information from the headquarters of the Barbados Defence Force indicates the Barbados Coast Guard deployed to the northern coast of Barbados, on a search and rescue mission, in response to a request for assistance received at approximately 2:30 pm on December 25.
A joint search and rescue operation with the Barbados Police Service is currently ongoing.
