The highly controversial wall being constructed at the Project Tenby site by Ullswater Limited has garnered the attention of trade unionist Sir Roy Trotman, who is of St. Joseph lineage.
In a meeting held at the St. Elizabeth Resource Centre, Sir Roy shared his thoughts on the ongoing situation with residents and while he believes investment into the parish should always be encouraged, he is adamant it cannot be at the expense of the locals.
He adds that low-paying employment opportunities for residents in the area should not be seen as incentives.
Sir Roy says part of the land in question where a cottage is alleged to be constructed belongs to the Government and by extension the people.
