Police have named the 26-year-old man gunned down on Sunday near Upper Gills Road, St. Michael as Kobe Shepherd.
He lived at Bedford Lane, Upper Roebuck Street, St. Michael.
Shepherd was pronounced dead at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital after he was shot multiple times about his body by a pillion rider on a motor cycle, which approached the area at Upper Gills Road, St. Michael, where the victim was standing by a house.
Police are investigating his death and appealing for information from the public.
