Public relations officer with the Royal Barbados Police Force, Acting Inspector Rodney Inniss, provided the following update as police continue investigations into a stabbing death.

Black Rock Police personnel are presently at Ashdeane Village, Black Rock, St. Michael after it was reported about 12:05 pm, on Wednesday 14th July, that a man was lying lifeless on the ground after an altercation with another man.
On arrival police confirmed the lifeless body of a 36 year old adult male. Further Investigations informed the an ambulance had been earlier summoned to the scene however, Emergency Medical Technicians found no sign of life.
Investigations are ongoing.

The Royal Barbados Police Force is on the scene at of a stabbing incident at Ashdeane Village, Black Rock, St Michael, which left one man dead.
While police could not provide further details on the incident, they confirmed that a man believed to be 36-years-old is the victim.
