Barbadians are set to continue enjoying lower electricity bills until the end of September this year.
Today in the Lower House, Minister in the Ministry of Finance, Ryan Straughn announced the extension of Government’s VAT reduction on electricity bills.
He was speaking on the Value Added Tax Amendment Bill, 2023.
Mr. Straughn also provided an update on the compact with the Social Partnership.
