She is Ms. Debra P. Hughes.
On presentation of the Commission of Appointment by the Government of the Republic of Chile, on July 20, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Senator Dr. Jerome Walcott, signed the Exequatur, which gave effect to Ms. Hughes’ appointment.
