Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley is recommending CARICOM states ramp up food production to cushion the imminent fallout from the ongoing crisis, as Russia escalates its offensive in Ukraine.
The recommendation was put forward during a press conference following the closing of the 33rd Inter-Sessional Heads of Government meeting of CARICOM in Belize.
