Condolences were sent to Sir James Mitchell’s family by Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines Dr. Ralph Gonsalves before he made an address at the CXC Ministerial Summit on Educational Assessment.
Secretary General of the CARICOM Secretariat Dr. Carla Barnett, who was also at the meeting, extended condolences on behalf of the Caribbean Community, saying Sir James was an ardent integrationist.
