The Barbados team at the recent Pan Am Surfing Games in Panama returned home Wednesday afternoon after several impressive results.
Chelsea Tuach, who won a silver medal in the Women’s Short Board competition, says the overall team results were good, and she expects them to be better next year.
Chelsea Roett however, says she was disappointed in her performance, but all is not lost.
Che Allan added that the results show Bajan surfers can compete with the best.
Meanwhile, Kai St. George had a historic attendance at the Games, as he was Barbados’ first representative in Long Board competition.
