Cougars out front in BSSAC Blackman Zone

Defending BSSAC champions the St. Michael School Cougars sent an early message to all, after dominating day one of the WIBISCO Frank Blackman Zone at the Usain Bolt Sports Complex today.

They ended the day with a massive 339 points in the Girls, miles ahead of second place Queen’s College on 178 and Princess Margaret in third on 160.

Things were much closer in the Boys, with the Cougars leading QC by just eight, 229 to 221, and Coleridge and Parry are third with 181.

CBC’s Shawn Greene was there during the morning session for the 100 metres and the 1500s.
