FBT Centre wins ABC competition

Formula Body Tuning Centre won the lion’s share of the top prizes, to secure the title of the Best Gym on Show at the 2023 edition of the ABC Inter-Gym Bodybuilding Fitness Competition.

Held at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre, they amassed 178 points, with four champions crowned, while ABC Fitness Studios was second with 81 points and Body Shapers Gym third on 72 points.
