Barbadian Olympian Jonathan Jones set a new collegiate record in the US at this weekend’s Big 12 Indoor Track And Field Championships in Iowa, to help his university win the meet for two years in a row.
Running for his Texas State University in the Men’s 600 Yards Event, the Bajan clocked the fastest time of the meet, coming home in a time of 1:06.68.
Jones later returned in the Men’s 4×400 to help his Texas State Longhorns win the event in 3:4.19.
