Jamaica Scorpions were crowned champions of the 2022 CG Insurance Super50 Cup after a three-wicket win over the Trinidad and Tobago Red Force in the final at the Vivian Richards Cricket Stadium in Antigua Saturday night.
Sent into bat, Red Force were bowled out for 217 in 47 overs, led with 43 from Yannic Cariah.
In reply, Scorpions reached their target on 218 for seven in 47 overs, thanks to an impressive 80 from Chadwick Walton and 55 from Andre McCarthy.
