Barbadian Olympian Sada Williams finished third in the Women’s 400 metres at the Diamond League meet in Zurich earlier today.
Williams clocked 50.24 seconds to finish behind Quarnira Haynes of the USA who stopped the clock in 49.88 seconds and the Olympic champion Marileidy Paulino of the Dominican Republic in 49.96.
Outstanding Jamaican quarter-miler Stephanie McPherson finished a fraction of a second behind Williams, with a 50.25 second timing.
