From next Friday evening, thousands will converge at the Daryll Jordan Secondary School in St. Lucy for the Barbados Labour Party’s 84th Annual Conference.
The three-day event gets going on the 27th and ends on the 29th.
Apart from the execution of the Party’s business, highlights will include an address by Party Leader and Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley and a speech to be delivered by Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, Dr. Terrance Drew.
CEO of the Barbados Labour Party, Senator Patricia Parris, provided some more details of activities including an awards ceremony.
Noting preparations are at advanced stages, Conference Chair Peter Phillips is encouraging people to come out to the events.
