With just about 18 shopping days to go until Christmas, Barbadians are being encouraged to buy local this holiday season.
Minister of Industry, Innovation, Science and Technology, Davidson Ishmael is positive consumers can find the ideal gift or service option locally.
He says by buying local, Barbadians are supporting Barbadian businesses and entrepreneurs, allowing them to keep people employed and for money to turn over in the economy and society.
