Barbados Water Authority Director of Engineering, Charles Leslie, has addressed concerns raised by valet businesses about the impact of the water prohibition on their operations.
During a press briefing this morning following a site visit at the Bowmanston Pumping Station, he confirmed that such businesses would fall under the section which speaks to noncommercial vehicle wash.
He also responded to suggestions the BWA would be increasing its distribution of desalinated water.
