Barbados has advised the Organisation of American States that countries of the developed world must be on board to help address issues countries tackling climate change face.
Permanent Representative to the OAS Ambassador Noel Lynch sees this as critical going forward to deal with the adaptation and resilience issues.
He shared the view during a special meeting of the OAS Permanent Council on Climate Change.
Ambassador Lynch says the climate crisis is multidimensional.
