Kettle collections for The Salvation Army are lagging behind a bit when compared with the same period last year.
CBC spoke with Major Robert Pyle, Divisional commander for the Salvation Army Barbados and St.Lucia, who says the donations which are at 40% below the target so far, are in keeping with the island’s economic situation.
