Barbados’ economy continues to recover, expanding by 10.1% for the first nine months of 2022.
The update was provided in a Ministerial Statement on the Government of Barbados Midyear Review Report April-September 2022.
It was delivered by Minister in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs, Ryan Straughn in the Lower House this morning.
According to him, the resurgence of tourism activity has contributed significantly to development.
Mr. Straughn also says that Barbados’ debt is on a downward trajectory, as the economy continues to grow.
