Government is prepared to bring a concept of lieu days to the ongoing wage negotiations regarding pay for public workers.
The disclosure came from Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley, who has been giving an update on the discussions with trade unions and other stakeholders.
Speaking at the 83rd annual Barbados Labour Party Conference in Queen’s Park on Saturday, she hinted at a range of initiatives to be put on the table to improve the lot of public servants.
